MAHM
The Master of Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine — a four-year, in-person program covering the full scope of classical Chinese medicine.
Our Sister School
In 2003, after nearly two decades of running this clinic, our founder Dr. Cissy Majebe co-founded Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts — an accredited graduate school of Chinese medicine, just up the street in Asheville's historic Montford district.
The college's home at 382 Montford Ave, in Asheville's historic Montford district.
~1200 × 900A Shared Lineage
The medicine you receive at our clinic and the medicine taught at Daoist Traditions are one and the same — classical Chinese medicine, rooted in the teachings of Daoist priest Jeffrey C. Yuen.
Daoist Traditions is a small college by choice, where faculty know every student by name — the same philosophy of personal care that has guided our clinic since 1985. Its campus sits at 382 Montford Avenue, a short walk from our Asheville clinic, and its library holds the largest collection of Jeffrey Yuen's recorded teachings in the country.

~1200 × 800Why It Matters
A clinic connected to a college stays sharp. The same classical lineage informs both — so the care you receive here is grounded in a living tradition that's being taught, questioned, and refined every day, one block away.
